BorgWarner EFR 6758 Turbo EFR 6758 is a versatile turbocharger with very large map width for outstanding power potential even at high boost - and does it in a small package. This is an excellent turbocharger for autocross, rally, drift, road racing and street driven applications. This turbo uses a 67mm OD compressor with a 53.9mm inducer to support a remarkable 49lb/min max flow rate. The low inertia 58mm Gamma-Ti turbine wheel is the optimal match for the FMW compressor wheel. EFR 6758 uses the smallest-sized EFR compressor housing, fitting in the tightest engine bays particularly twin turbo V6 or V8 applications. In twinscroll T4 configuration, the 6758 delivers mindblowing fast spool and response while working well on stock and modified engines. Ideal for use in single turbo applications for the 300-490hp range, or as twin turbo applications 550-900+hp. Ceramic Ball Bearing only, watercooling recommended.
BorgWarner EFR 8374 Turbo EFR 8374 is engineered to support big power levels yet spool fast enough for professional time attack teams. The 74mm Gamma-Ti turbine wheel is the optimal match for the 62.6mm inducer / 83mm exducer FMW compressor wheel and is capable of 79lb/min airflow and 45+psi boost. This is one of the most exciting turbos in the EFR lineup for the high-power addicts. This turbo has the largest EFR compressor housing and is ideal for use in single turbo applications for the 500-800hp range, or as twin turbo applications >1400+hp. BorgWarner S200SX 7670 Turbo The S200SX 7670 is one of the highest performing turbos we've ever tested - AND one of the best values we've ever seen in the turbo industry. Designed as a fast spooling and versatile turbocharger, BW chose the twinscroll T4 footprint to make it a bolt-on to any twinscroll T4 turbo manifold. BorgWarner S300SX 8375 Turbo S360 The S300SX 8375 is quite possibly the best value in today's high performance street-turbo marketplace. Available in .88 a/r undivided, or .91, 1.00 and 1.10 dividided, this is one of the smaller S300SX's in the lineup using an extended tip 68 lb/min 7 blade compressor wheel and a 10 blade 75.9mm inconel turbine wheel (4340 shaft). Recommended for use in quick spooling 500-600+whp applications, this is an excellent turbo for a very fast 4cyl street car. It uses a 7-bladed Extended-Tip compressor wheel w/ 60mm inducer & 83mm exducer. 4" inlet compressor housing with 3" outlet. Comes with a .91 A/R Twinscroll T4 hsg standard but upgrading to a 1.00 a/r or 1.10 a/r T4 Twinscroll housing is recommended for boost levels above 25psi or high revving vtec motors! .88 A/R T4 Singlescroll also available for undivided applications. This compressor moves more air than a 61mm GT3582R but with only a 60mm inducer compressor wheel to keep inertia low.
BorgWarner S300SX 9180 Turbo The S300SX 9180 is the byproduct of BorgWarner/Airwerks' engineering efforts to deliver massive boost performance with excellent fitment and value. This turbocharger is one of the highest power and fastest responding turbos that can fit in true street cars with Air-Conditioning. It uses a 7-blade Extended Tip compressor wheel w/ 66mm inducer & 91mm exducer rated at 82lb/min. 4" Ported shroud Inlet, 3" outlet compressor housing. Turbine side is a 80mm inconel turbine wheel which shares blade aero with the EFR family, on a 4340 steel shaft. It uses a .91 A/R T4 twinscroll turbine housing, and can be easily converted to a singlescroll T4 .88 A/R by swapping the housing or ordering it this way. Optimum for use in very high power street cars ~550-830+whp applications that can not fit larger than a 4" inlet, certain AC compatible applications and twinturbo V6 or V8 non-AC engines
BorgWarner S400SX 71mm Turbo S372 (179171) The 71mm S400SX3 is borgwarner's answer to offering exceptionally high value and ultra high performance turbos for the drag race community. Using a 7-blade Extended Tip compressor wheel w/ 71.08mm inducer and 100.2mm exducer, this turbocharger is often called "S372" because it is ideal for drag racing classes with a 72mm inducer limit, it works equally well for low boost large displacement V8 engines as it does high-RPM small displacemnt 4cyl 750-1050+ whp applications
BorgWarner S400SX 67mm FMW Turbo Brand-new for 2012 - BorgWarner's 67mm S400SX FMW turbocharger is one of the most impressive 67mm turbos available. This unusually high power design pairs a 91mm OD FMW compressor wheel (forged billet, similar to EFR) with an ultra high flowing 83mm S400SX turbine wheel and 1.10 a/r (upgrade to 1.25 a/r available for 35+psi boost). This combination provides huge exhaust flow energy without restriction It shares identical fitments to the GT42R and S372R setups (bolt-on for a twinscroll T4 manifold and 4" downpipe).
BorgWarner S400SX 76mm Turbo The brand new 76mm S400SX turbocharger from BorgWarner is the 3rd largest T4 turbo in the airwerks lineup, and ideal for people who require more airflow than the GTX42R or S400SX 74mm but also want better fitment than GTX45R. Using state-of-the-art blade aero on both the 76mm inducer/105mm exducer compressor and the 87mm turbine wheel, this turbo is designed for use in high power and high boost 800-1150+ whp applications

BW utilizes their 70mm Gamma-Ti turbine wheel as the optimal match for the 57.2mm inducer / 76mm exducer FMW compressor, and is capable of 45+psi boost. This turbo uses the mid-size EFR ported-shroud compressor housing, great for fitment in cramped engine bays. BorgWarner S200SX 8070 Turbo Our customers asked for it and BorgWarner listened! The S200SX 8070 is designed as an intermediate step between the S200SX 7670 and the S300SX 8375. For medium displacement (2.3+L) applications where the 76mm compressor was a little small and the 8375 too large, the 8070 can fit the bill. This turbocharger is unique in that it uses the highly efficient 70mm turbine wheel (EFR blade aero) with the .91 A/R s300sx turbine housing (means no porting required).
BorgWarner S300SX 8875 Turbo S362 The S300SX 88-75 is one of the most interesting and versatile BorgWarner/Airwerks turbochargers available. Using an 88mm exducer and 62.99mm inducer compressor, this turbo is essentially a slightly higher performing version of the GT4088R and T04Z. It comes standard as a 90 degree compressor housing with T4 .88 a/r singlescroll turbing. It is easily upgradeable to Twinscroll T4 with .91, 1.00, or 1.10 A/R. The turbine wheel shares the identical outer dimensions as the S300SX 83-75, but with different turbine blade "cupped tip" aerodynamics to flow more for the wheel size.
BorgWarner EFR 7064 Turbo EFR 7064 is an excellent turbocharger for drift, road racing and street driven applications. The 7064 delivers incredibly fast spool and response while working well on stock and heavily modified engines. The 70mm OD compressor has a 52.2mm inducer and at 56lb/min max flow - there is potential for 560hp - unheard of for this size compressor wheel. The low inertia 64mm Gamma-Ti turbine wheel is the optimal match for the 70mm FMW compressor wheel and is capable of 45+psi boost. This turbo uses the mid-size EFR ported-shroud compressor housing, great for fitment in cramped engine bays. Ideal for use in single turbo applications for the 350-560hp range, or as twin turbo applications 650-1000+hp. Ceramic Ball Bearing only, watercooling recommended
BorgWarner EFR 9180 Turbo EFR 9180 is the biggest, baddest, highest flowing turbo in the EFR family. Capable of a remarkable 94lb/min airflow and stable at very high boost levels, the 91mm OD compressor measures 67.7mm inducer and is a 7 blade FMW compressor. This turbo will redefine what 67mm turbos are capable of. After receiving requests from many high power enthusiasts and drag racers restrained to a 67mm inducer, there was a clear need for 1000hp capable turbos that still provide good spool and response. Using the high flowing 1.05 a/r Twinscroll T4 turbine housing is the most efficient way to run this as a single turbocharger. If twin turbos will be run, the .83 a/r or 1.05 a/r can be used, depending on manifolds and space constraints. Ideal for use as single turbo applications in the 700-1000hp per turbo range, or as very high power twin turbo applications >1000-1700+hp. Available with .83 a/r undivided T3 internal WG or 1.05 a/r divided twinscroll T4 housings (external WG). Ceramic Ball Bearing only
BorgWarner S200 Turbo The BorgWarner S200 is commonly called the "S256" due to its 56mm compressor wheel. It comes standard with a T3 divided inlet and works well on T3 twinscroll applications such as 4G63 Evo, Nissan SR20DET, Subaru EJ20/25 and 3SGTE engines.
BorgWarner EFR 6258 Turbo The EFR 6258 is the smallest and fastest spooling EFR turbocharger in the lineup. Ideal for small engines in single OR twin turbo configuration, this is an excellent turbocharger for autocross, rally, drift, road racing and street driven applications. The 62mm OD compressor has a 49.6mm inducer rated at 44lb/min max flow - supporting up to 440hp. This compressor wheel is versatile with very large map width for outstanding power potential, even at high boost. The low inertia 58mm Gamma-Ti turbine wheel is optimally matched for maximum response and fast spool with the FMW compressor wheel. EFR 6258 uses the smallest-sized EFR compressor housing, making fitment in the tightest engine bays possible. BorgWarner S300SX FMW Turbo The S300SX FMW is a brand new release for 2012 from BorgWarner. BW utilized their latest generation 'FMW' forged billet EFR compressor wheel technology paired with their proven-solid S300SX inconel turbine wheel turbocharger and 4340 steel shaft for a unique and impressive turbo. Designed to deliver 88mm compressor airflow levels in an 83mm package, the S300SX FMW uses a 7-bladed Extended-Tip FMW forged billet compressor wheel w/ 61.4mm inducer & 83.4mm exducer in a 4" inlet compressor housing making it an attractive and affordable option to the EFR 8374 or any other 62mm inducer turbo
BorgWarner S300V Turbo The VTG turbocharger S300V developed for International also offers the latest technology. One decisive feature required was the titanium compressor wheel to allow the higher horsepower engine ratings to achieve the performance goals. An additional key component necessary to provide the right level of control and response of the VTG turbocharger is the electronically controlled and driven actuation system. This system allows the engine control module to optimize the overall engine performance through the tightly monitored and controlled vane position. One of the greatest challenges in meeting customer wishes with regards to fuel consumption, emissions and performance was the efficiency of the turbocharger compressor stage. This required BorgWarner Turbo Systems’ development group to provide a customized design to meet International’s ambitious performance and efficiency goals.
BorgWarner S400SX 74mm Turbo S374 The 74mm S400SX3 is borgwarner's answer to offering exceptionally high value and ultra high performance turbos to the sport compact market. Using a 7-blade Extended Tip compressor wheel w/ 74.7mm inducer and 100.2mm exducer, this turbocharger is often called "S374" or "S375" and is ideal for people who require more airflow than the S400SX 71mm can deliver, but still want to stay on the 83mm turbine wheel. Recommended for use in high power and high boost 750-1050+ whp applications.
